Welcome Mama,

The Mom Squad Retreat was birthed out of a need to get away from the kids, connect with other moms, and be reminded of the dopeness that lives within all of us. We all know the struggle is real. Its hard to implement self care, maintain old friendships, build new ones,  and complete all the "to dos" on our task list. This 3 day, two night retreat is just what the doctor ordered. Come and enjoy a good balance of self care practices, social connection, and transformative classes.

Mom Squad Mantras

Hot mess moms are welcome here.

We are all figuring it out as we go.

Parenting is hard as a mother.

We show up to motherhood every day.

We can love ourselves as we love our kids, with patience.
